EA App won't install 4/26 update, can't launch game

    This method worked for me: Go up to top left hand corner, click go offline, then click go online and it fixed for me.

Hi there! I'm really hoping somebody can help me out on this, I keep trying to update my sims 4 as it says update needed on the ea app and i've done it altleast 5 times now and still says update needed i've repaired it on the ea app, restarted my laptop and update it to the most recent software and it still won't work! It's really frustrating as i've looked everywhere for an answer and nobody seems to have a solution so i was hoping somebody could help me as i cant even play the game!! Thanks!!

    @sp3cklechild I’m the EA app at the top left click the menu then help them app recovery then clear cache it fixed the same for me
