Error code 801

I wanted to start playing with a different Sims family of mine in a different neighbourhood, but when I entered Oasis Springs the building lot was empty but still clickable and I could see a list of the apartments. There was a picture of the soms llama instead. I couldn't enter the household, but got error code 801 instead as I was redirected to the main neighbourhood page. I tries to move the household, but when I tried to enter the household, the same error code showed up again. I have tried to repair the game in the EA app, and I have deleted the localthumbcache.package file. But it still won't work. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
