EA Customer (no) Support
The lack of customer support is truly ridiculous. I've been having trouble accessing paid content for the Sims 4-- which the EA app says I have in my library, and fully installed onto my game, and it won't allow me to actually access any of it, including packs I've had for years. I've been forced to go down several FAQ flow tracks-- none of which have an answer for my specific problem, and every "ticket" I create with the email service gets me a platitude and asks me to describe my problem, only to ghost me for upwards of six to seven hours and then assigning me a new agent. There's no phone number to call, and no chat room to use. I'm stuck, unable to use 62 add-ons, that I've paid for, and can't get any help trying to use them. How do I speak to a human being that can actually help me in a timely fashion???
@QuincyFuchs Just to be clear, is the issue that your packs are installed, according to the EA App, but they're not loading in-game, with a "download to use" or similar message appearing within the game? There's a master thread for that here:
