EA Games Sims 4 content doesn't show in my game after installed

I just downloaded several Sims 4 expansion packs and more off the EA app store. I installed all nine items I purchased. Some of the new content shows up but others, specifically new worls/town maps, ...

spz876  Does this happen in a new save too?  If not, did you ever load these worlds and perhaps place a residential rental there?

Please also test your main save with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress.
