EA is saying that sims 4 is already running but its not

I want to start sims4 but the EA app constantly says that it already started. But it wont start. I tried deleting the cache, I reinstalled sims 4, I took all of my mods out of the mod folder, I looke...

    @puzzlezaddict My OneDrive is 100% full but i solved the problem by resetting the sims4 folder in documents

@MSTRose27  If you use a third-party antivirus, please set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe.  If you don't think you have one installed, or you're not sure, please check the Task Manager's background processes list anyway—many computers come with one pre-installed.  If you are in fact only using Windows Defender, and Controlled Folder Access is active, please set the same exceptions, as described here:

If this doesn't help, please let me know whether OneDrive is running, even if you never use it, and how full it is.
