EA play won't launch game

I am using EA Desktop on an HP Windows 10 laptop, and this is the first time that it won't launch my game. I opened the app and logged in like I usually do and when I went to launch my game (Sims 4), it would minimize EA play, then open back up. I thought it was an issue on my end but no error code was shown. When I reinstalled EA play, it continued to do the same thing. Help?
