EA states I do not have access to my game!!!

Have there been any fixes for this problem?? I have waited for a week for this to resolve itself and I use this game to decompress after a stressful day of work and now this is causing me stress and anxiety!!!! Why did we even have to switch from Origin to EA anyway! It’s doesn’t even work correctly! This is so darn frustrating!!!!
