iliekponiez Yes, you did that correctly. I'm trying to get more info on these crashes related to lots in Innisgreen. To be clear, your issues are with the treehouse lot and the pond lot in the same neighborhood? I ask because I have reports of issues with the pond lot in Sprucederry as well.
And are the crashes still limited to when you exit CAS with your human sim, or have they changed or spread in some way?
If you have a new lastcrash file (let's say after you told Windows to use the high-performance option for Sims 4), I'd like to see it as well. The file would be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. You can copy the text and paste it into a reply here, or (possibly) attach it as a text file, or upload it to a third-party file sharing site and link it here. If your post disappears, or I don't reply, please bump the thread—this site sometimes flags posts with this kind of text as spam, and the posts reappear later, but by then they're pushed down the forum and can be missed.
halloweenchild13 I'd like to get some information from you as well:
- A list of the specific lots are affected, not just the neighborhood
- Any other context to the crashes, for example if the game only crashes when building or loading a new lot or coming out of CAS
- A dxdiag, as Crinrict described above
- A lastcrash, as described in this post, with no mods or custom content present
There does seem to be a pattern emerging, and I want to pass along all the information I can gather as soon as I have anything concrete beyond the fact that these lots might be broken in some way.
