Editing Restaurant Outfits for Host, Chef and Waiter makes game crash??

When building a restaurant all was going well up until I attempted to created outfits for the restaurant staff. The game wont even load into the CAS its just glitches while loading and crashes. I have no problem when in build mode building or creating a custom menu only when trying to go in CAS specifically for restaurants. I have have not had problems with CAS outside of this. Attempted with mods and without same problem.
