Education Not Showing Up On The Computer

I have a sim who joined the education career, and yet they can't do anything because no education options show on the computer. No tutoring or letter of recommendation. I also can't apply for university or anything.

    @maddy121405 If you have mods and CC you need to test without them, and remember to delete the localthumbcache.package when removing them.

    What career level is your sim at and what computer are you using? You can see the name of it in build mode.
