Try removing your mods folder completely to make sure the other pregnancy mods isn't causing this.

Well it was not the pregnancy scan ...but I did seem to find the culprit.... it was the risky woohoo mod I had in the folder that never seemed to work anyways, weird how it never worked for Sims of child bearing age but man every time and elders woohood both the male and female get babies real weird.... I tested it with A random couple I just made in Cas and they wouldn't get pregnant without the risky woohoo mod then right when I put it back in the folder bam preggers!! really weird... but it wasn't working anyway so I don't really care I guess XD...
Not sure if it got updated but you can check. Update version would be fine.
