Enable debug cheats not working when trying to shift click on a sim

Enable debug cheats not working when shift click on my Sim. No extra cheats pop up.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out and test the game.

Also are you on Windows or on Mac?

@Phantomlover1717 Did you ever find an answer? I bought a new laptop and am able to enable cheats but don't get any options when clicking on objects or Sims. I tested it on another laptop to make sure I was doing it right and it works fine. So it most be something with my laptop in the game. I tested out my shift keys too, just to make sure that wasn't the issue.
