Enable Script Mod Causing Household Not To Load

Over the past week or so, my Sims game hasn't been loading households. Live mode won't show sims or their information, the map has a blinking blue square and won't show any of the household images (see below). I've done the following fixes:

  1. Removed all CC/mods
  2. Repaired game twice
  3. Uninstalled and reinstalled game
  4. Started new save
  5. Cleared game settings/options
  6. Cleared out the game folder and started a new one
  7. Used the "half" method for mods/CC and removed/reimplemented
  8. Removed tray, mods, other folders
  9. Set aside script mods specifically
  10. Disabled script mods
  11. Enabled script mods without script mods in my mod folder

I noticed that none of these work, and that the issue is associated with enabling script mods but it isn't any of the mods I have installed causing the issue. Even when I removed script mods from the folder, or removed all of my mods, and enabled script mods, the issue persisted. I run a base game (no EPs, Expansion Packs, Stuff Packs, etc). I have no idea what to do at this point.

Thank you for any help in advance!

I'm not sure what do you mean by saying "Cleared out the game folder and started a new one"
To start a new one * you need or rename the old folder to The Sim4old for example, or move the entire game folder to the desktop.
    - Then when you will turn on the game a new game folder will be created.
    - This new folder you need to test starting a new game with the random sim.
If the game will work properly delete in the new game folder following folders:
    "saves" and Tray.
    - Go to The Sims 4old folder and copy your "saves " folder.
    - Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.
    - Do the same with Tray folder and TrayDeleteItems file
    - Check if there are newly updated version mods you are using.
Then copy and paste your mods and CC from the old mods folder to the new one. First copy the scripts mods every time checking if the game is working properly. If you have a lot of CC try 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
    - Launch the game and check if this problem also disappeared in this old save. However, it may happen that although the new saves will not have this error anymore, the old save will remain damaged.

The last step - delete The Sims4 old folder.
Your saves and library will be not changed or damaged
