ERROR 0XC000007B, can't find a way to fix it.

Hello!
I've been trying to play The Sims 4 on my new PC for a while, but I get the 0xc000007b error.

I've followed DOZENS of tutorials, none have worked.
So far, I've tried the following
Reinstalling the game
Repairing the game
Removing all The sims 4 related files from my PC and downloading it again

Reinstalling VC++

Allowing Netframenetwork from Control Panel

Reinstalling Netframenetwork

Running compatibility mode
I tried to play both the 32 bit and 64 modes.

Playing the game from Origin.com

Noone of this has worked.

Oddly enough, my game seems to want to run the 32-bit version (even though I could play the 64-bit version).
Normally, it tries to run TS4.exe. I checked the files and tried to run TS4_x64 instead but it gives me the same error. Without doing so, the game tries to run Legacy Mode (I checked the Task Manager).
Does anybody have more tips? I really don't know what to do. Other games work fine (The Sims 3 worked fine and so did various Mass Effects).
