every time i go to play with my sims obviously you hit play and when i do it loads fine but when its about to finish it gives me an error that says something like this error code 102 relaunch game recommended it happens every time i try and i dont know what to do to fix it

in most cases this is due to an outdated MC Command Center mod. Make sure you get the newest version of the mod before playing.
Other mods could be at fault as well
a lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.
