Error 801

I would appreciate any help. Since the previous update, I cannot access any lot with a household in it. I am getting an Error 801 code. I have moved my mods folder to the desktop, Repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled all of my Game, packs etc. But am still getting the error code. I also noticed my apartments have disappeared in San Myshuno. 

I have no idea what to do next, please help :)
