- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
DxDiag file should be attached

Also your graphics drivers are pretty old. Could you check if there's newer graphics drivers. Yours are from 2016
