GossieGertie Sorry for the late reply. If you still need help, please let me know whether removing the entire Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts helps. If it doesn't, let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, and also what kind of Sims 4 install you have: EA App, Steam, Epic, mixed, or something else.
