Error code 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39

When I try to load a family,  it says 'error 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39 it is recommended that you relaunch your game'. What do I do? I have looked and looked, but I can't find anything.

    @crinrict It didn't work. COuld I try to uninstall and install?

@BellaChestnut Probably won't help much. It's usually an issue with the save game.

Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

@crinrict I have the same problem, I really don’t know how to fix it. Removing my mods doesn’t work, and neither resetting it. I really don’t know what I should do😭

    @AlexisLawliet Is that the exact error you got or is the number after the 102 different ?

      @crinrict That is the exact error code that popped up everytime I tried to load a family in my game😭

        @AlexisLawliet If removing mods doesn't help, I can take a look at the save. Just upload to google or onedrive and PM me the link
