Error code 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39

When I try to load a family,  it says 'error 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39 it is recommended that you relaunch your game'. What do I do? I have looked and looked, but I can't find anything.

    @crinrict It didn't work. COuld I try to uninstall and install?

I'm also getting the exact same error code. I've tried removing the entire mods folder and I've also tried recovering past save states but it continues to give the error after I click to play with my sims family.

@rameeshoo2000 Which family do you have the error with ? I tried the one in San Myshuno and got a different error (109:812fe7cb)

What worked for me though was this

1. Load the lot
2. Receive error
3. Load lot again
4. Lot loads

Do make sure you have no mods installed currently.

If it was another lot, let me know.
