Error Code 109:e56fc6bb:eeecc7e6
Hello!
Last Saturday, after having played The Sims 4 for approximately 3h, I tried traveling with a family to Hare Square (the park in Windenburg). However, as I did so the message:
"The game failed to load. Error Code: 109:e56fc6bb:eeecc7e6. It is recommended that you relaunch the game" showed up. I've had an Error before on an earlier legacy save, which fixed itself after an update but it was also caused by an update (C&D) in the first place. Since I haven't recently bought any new stuff- or extension packs (I already have all of them) I really do not know what has caused this perticular Error.
I have tried:
- Removing all my CC and then putting them back in (the CC does not seem to be the problem)
- Repairing the game through Origin.
- Troubleshooting.
However, I have gone into the game again to try and travel to Hare Square with the same family and it works perfectly fine. This got me thinking that maybe the Error only shows up after a certain period of time playing, or that it was a one time thing? The last time I had any sort of bug (Sims couldn't cook), "spotlight_en-us.package" would show up in the folder "cachestr", and once I found the faulty CC and removed it the spotlight package would not show up anymore. Everytime I now open the Sims, a spotlight package shows up without me even entering a save
file. Does this mean that the Error is still present in my game? Or is this related to something else?
I have tried searching for this same Error for several days now but I cannot seem to find any information on it, so help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
(I've attached a DxDiag here too, in case it would be needed.)

Sometimes we can do nothing. I have the same phenomenon in my cachestr folder, and I have only two script mods checked and up to date and funny - I don't have any reports about errors but new spotlight.package I have. Don't worry this is nothing serious 🙂
