Error Code 134:54350669 - Unable to load family

Please help! this same thing is happening to me! Every time i try to load a family it says Error and a code i have cc and mods installed and my game just updated as well! Why won't EA fix this bug already this has been happening.

I have a PC windows 10

When did this happen to you? Do you think they are trying to add eco lifestyle onto the start screen? @gogee11 @crinrict 

@connorjroberts this just happened today with the new update they had. Im a regular player i play almost everyday this is making me so sad☹️

Ive gotten far with my save as well 

I’ve purchased university today finally & I’ve played it for 11 hours today! Maybe my PS4 just needs a break lol @gogee11 

This has happened before with many players. Its never happened to me this the first time. I think EA just need to fix the bug again☹️

I hope so I’ve spent a lot of money on expansion packs extra! @gogee11 

So have I and I spend so much time making families and builds I don't want to have to start all over and re install my game

Same. It happened to me about 30mins ago. I’m going to a new household then going to go back to the one I was playin got see if that works
