@rallu07 The gfxlauncher.exe dump files are from March 5, which is good to see because that .exe is part of the Intel graphics driver that your computer doesn't have and doesn't need anymore. Now that your monitor is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard, the Intel driver is irrelevant. That obviously doesn't help explain the Sims 4 errors though.
Just in case something's changed in the last two weeks, please double-check Windows Defender's settings to make sure TS4_x64.exe is allowed:

If that doesn't help, please disable Controlled Folder Access entirely, at least long enough to test. And just on the off chance that some other antivirus is lurking—many prebuilt systems come with one pre-installed—please look through the Task Manager's background processes list for anything suspicious. You can tell which programs belong to Windows, or Nvidia, or Origin, or anything else you know you run, by their icons; let me know if you find something you don't recognize. Check the Task Manager's Startup tab as well.
You can easily end any process you find in the Task Manager without worrying about the consequences. Essential services will usually restart themselves immediately; worst case, they'll restart when reboot your computer. The point is, there's no harm in killing a process to see what happens.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:

And again, go through the Task Manager shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, not only processes you don't recognize but any you do that aren't essential, e.g. some RGB control software or MSI Afterburner.
