here's the link to the dump files https://we.tl/t-nYpZIuL1H8
@rallu07 The gfxlauncher.exe dump files are from March 5, which is good to see because that .exe is part of the Intel graphics driver that your computer doesn't have and doesn't need anymore. Now that your monitor is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard, the Intel driver is irrelevant. That obviously doesn't help explain the Sims 4 errors though.
Just in case something's changed in the last two weeks, please double-check Windows Defender's settings to make sure TS4_x64.exe is allowed:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/03/windows-10-defender-controlled-folder-access.html
If that doesn't help, please disable Controlled Folder Access entirely, at least long enough to test. And just on the off chance that some other antivirus is lurking—many prebuilt systems come with one pre-installed—please look through the Task Manager's background processes list for anything suspicious. You can tell which programs belong to Windows, or Nvidia, or Origin, or anything else you know you run, by their icons; let me know if you find something you don't recognize. Check the Task Manager's Startup tab as well.
You can easily end any process you find in the Task Manager without worrying about the consequences. Essential services will usually restart themselves immediately; worst case, they'll restart when reboot your computer. The point is, there's no harm in killing a process to see what happens.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:

And again, go through the Task Manager shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, not only processes you don't recognize but any you do that aren't essential, e.g. some RGB control software or MSI Afterburner.

@rallu07 Given how stubborn this issue is being, I think it's time to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both Origin and Sims 4. Start by uninstalling Sims 4:
- Wherever your original Sims 4 user folder is, as in, the one that contains your saves, rename it to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 4."
- Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
- Launch Revo, select Sims 4 from the list, and click Uninstall.
- Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
- Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
- Close Revo, and restart your computer.
Next, uninstall Origin:
- First, clear Origin's cache.
- Quit Origin, then right-click on the Task Bar and open the Task Manager. Scroll through looking for Origin entries. If you find any, click on them and End Task.
- Launch Revo again and uninstall Origin, and when it's uninstalled, select "Moderate" again and Scan.
- If Revo finds any remaining registry entries, select all, delete, and click Next.
- Revo will display "Remaining Data and Folders. Select all of them except for the "Origin Games" folder, if it appears. (This is where other Origin games are installed by default.) Delete the rest.
- Close Revo, and restart your computer.
Just to be extra thorough, please create a(nother) new admin user account on your PC. Login to that account, download the full Origin installer, and run it. Here's the direct download link:
http://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe
Be sure to run both the installer and Origin itself as an admin: right-click on each and select "Run as Administrator." When it's reinstalled, create a new folder within Program Files (x86) where you'll install Sims 4, as in, not the Origin Games folder Origin wants to use by default. You can name this folder whatever you want.
Open Origin, hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Installs & Saves header, and choose the new folder you created as the install location. Now download Sims 4; you can download only the base game, to save time, if you want.
Restart after installing and before trying to play.
