Could you please provide the following info

- Are you on Mac or PC ?

- Are you playing the Origin or Steam Version ?
- Please post your DxDiag if on PC (see above)
- What's your Origin Version ?
- What language are you playing the game in ?
- What language is your Origin in ?
- Is that the exact number your getting or is yours a bit different ?

- What security software are you using ?

- Are you playing the Origin or Steam Version?  Ans: No. I using the crack version
- Please post your DxDiag if on PC (see above)

- What's your Origin Version ? Ans: Snowy Escape (v1.69.59.1020)
- What language are you playing the game in? Ans: English
- What language is your Origin in ? Ans: English
- Is that the exact number your getting or is yours a bit different? Ans: Yes. 64 bit

- What security software are you using? Ans: Windows Security

    @willylimy I'm afraid we can't provide any help for cracked versions here.

    This is the official EA forum and you might not wanna ask for help for a game you haven't actually bought.

    Buy the game. It's the easiest solution to your problem.
