Do you still happen to have saves from before and after the issue occurred? In other words, saves when the lots were loadable, and saves when the lots are no longer loadable. We would like to see what exactly was on those lots before they became corrupted.

I don't have any of the saves before the corruption though I can provide you with the my recent save.

I really need help I have been having problems for 6 months now and I contacted EA but they couldn't fix it for me. One told be to post it on hear to get attention to the developers. Please help me solve this problem I will try my best to give you any information I have. Please looking at the three lots pains me because I love Willow Creek and not being able to play THREE lots makes frustrated and sad. Please I beg you to help as I contacted EA help and still haven't gotten a solution yet.

Did you check if any of your backup-autosave-files might have been uncorrupted?
If you sent your save files to @SimQARobo I'm sure that they're looking at it, but they might have other files too, so it can take time I guess. If you did not send your files, try doing that!

I haven't received any files, but if any of the backup saves are before the corruption, as CMeki suggested, I would gladly take those 🙂 .
Unfortunately, for this particular issue, saves that are already corrupted aren't helpful to the team.
