Error code 800, Three in Willow Creek
Hello, I have a problem with the Sims 4, there are 3 lots in Willow Creek that every time I try to go in I get error code 800. I have taken out my cc, deleted my origin cache, clear registry, cache, ...

EA StaffI haven't received any files, but if any of the backup saves are before the corruption, as CMeki suggested, I would gladly take those 🙂 .
Unfortunately, for this particular issue, saves that are already corrupted aren't helpful to the team.

Here is a link to the save folder the oldest one is slot_00000002.save.ver4 and the newest is slot_00000003.save. The oldest is dated back to 2016 were there was no corruption.

Would it also be possible for you to send over your entire \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\ folder? Or would that be too many files?
