Community Manager@EmilyMansfield04 Since the update started happening, is the game not launching or crashing when you launch with that 801 error code?
it loads to the main menu, then when i click play or load household, it loads for awhile then the error pops up. and if i try again without exiting after the error code, it just loads endlessly.

Also, another person that commented on this thread mentioned the orange exclamation marks, i've had two of those for awhile now, but i totally forgot about it as it was random and never affected my gameplay or game at all, just thought it was a bug/
