Error Messages and download issues

I pre-ordered legacy and when I load game to play I get a pop up saying download in progress and in top right corner there is an error message Sims Delivery Error   Code: 00000008:00000000000000c8      I am unable to play or save and exit. Please help thank you Tracy   [edit: email address removed]
