Error status 0xc000012f simms4

Question

I have a Windows 8.1 laptop. I upgraded it to Windows 10. I went to play Sims 4 on it and it wouldn't work! Something popped up on my screen and said "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSVCP120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program using the original installation media or contact you system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f." I switched back to Windows 8.1 hoping everything would be fine and it wasn't. It said the same thing again! I tried to Repair the Game and that never worked so I uninstalled Simms4 and tried to reinistall it and got the same message Error status 0xc000012f

that page is missing so what do you suggest next? &nbsp;I'm really angry that I can't play my game if I don't update origin and when I do I can't play my game. &nbsp;Seems like I can't win.
