Error

So I just went out to play Sims4 and I am getting an error. What is going on now with it? After the last update in September I lost everything and had to start from the beginning. I just recently purchased an expansion pack and now I am wondering how I get my money back. This is crazy that here we go again with another useless update that will take the game down for two weeks. I really hope this **bleep** is fixed once Saudi takes over because right now the people who are in control suck!!
