Error:801 shows up when trying to move sims into house after creating them

Im having a problem with my sims 4 game on pc, I create my sims everything is fine and then when i try and move them in the load screen is on for longer than 5 mins and then error:801 pops up and says i need to relaunch the game. I've then closed down the game and my computer and restarted everything again and it still has the same message pop up. what do i do?
