Error:801 shows up when trying to move sims into house after creating them

Im having a problem with my sims 4 game on pc, I create my sims everything is fine and then when i try and move them in the load screen is on for longer than 5 mins and then error:801 pops up and say...

@shannonamanda84 Are you using any mods/cc in your game ? If so, have you tried without for testing purposes ?
