Evergreen Harbor Map Disappeared

Yesterday, I installed all the new patches.  I played my game for a couple hours with no problem.  I even visited Evergreen Harbor when my sim started a residential rental business there.  After I left and tried to go back, the map to evergreen harbor has disappeared.  I can "Manage Worlds." but when I click on Evergreen Harbor, I just get a blank screen.  I closed that saved game and opened up a different saved game.  Same thing.  I checked the other worlds and they are fine.  I even checked the new "pack selection" screen and it is turned on.

I tried to "repair" the game.  I have even uninstalled and re-installed the game.  No luck.

No Mods and No CC in use.
