What happens when you restart the game?
I have the same problem. I have been trying to fix it all day. I also got a new laptop but it worked fine after a day of having it.

@XEmilyRoseXSims @siobhanthesim Check in the game settings to see if the resolution has changed.
that's the problem, it was working fine for a day, then the ui size changed and the cursor size and resolution on its own. Now whenever I change resolution, screen mode, and/or tabs the cursor is becomes soooo tiny. It doesn't revert back to normal size. The ui is fixed though just not the cursor.
