Okay, so I moved TS4 folder to the desktop and ran the game, it opened to the first screen with TS4 logo for a couple of seconds then crashed. A message popped up saying "unable to start: The game has run out of memory."
Is it supposed to just create a new sims folder on its own? I'm not sure whats going on.

You have 2 graphics cards, one weak Intel and one good card - Invidia. Unfortunately, the game often chooses these weaknesses. It is best to turn off this Intel card permanently. If you can not do it personally ask for it in some computer shop with the service, It's 5 minutes for them to do it.- Phantomlover17178 years agoLegend

How to do that you can find here: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/graphics-cardintel-chip-dual-systems/ @Sophie572

You do not have any space left on your HDD. You need to make at least 20GB more free. Remove things you do not need or buy a bigger HDD and have a professional move everything for you.
