Everytime I create a new family, the previous families disappears.

My Sims 4 game is working great, but, whenever I make a new family and play them, the other families in that I have created and also put in the world are no longer in their house! I read somewhere that it has something to do with my installation process and that I didn't save it correctly in the Electronic Arts folder (i use a mac). I dont want to mess anything up and don't know what to do. Can someone help me??

Instead of selecting New Game press the continue button and on the world screen click New Household and place it in the world.
If you want to gather your other families in your current game you must load the savegame they are in and save them to the library where you then can import them to your other savegame.
For other questions you may have please use the Sims 4 Mac forum

See that's the thing. I always save the games and then click continue when I want to play it again. My problem is that whenever I create a family, I will play it for a bit, and then, later on, I create a new family to place it in the same world, and I notice that the other family that I created first isn't in the world and isn't playable. But it shows that I saved it because of it's in my gallery ):

I read the answer back again and realized i read it wrong. i'm going to try it out on my sims game soon.
