Exit Sims
My sims is stuck on saving for the past 2 hours and won’t turn off whatever I do.
@haknann Click ctrl-alt-delete, bring up the Task Manager, click Sims 4, and End Task. If you can't see the Task Manager, hit ctrl-alt-delete again and choose Sign Out, which will boot you to the login screen and close Sims 4 along the way.
This won't save your progress, but from your description, that's a lost cause anyway. If you find you can't load your save again, try loading a backup instead, as described here:
