lilithiris21​ HeatherD270​  Open Marketplace > My Collection, and if the packs are deactivated, click Pack Selection and enable them, then restart your game.

    Holy **bleep**.  That worked!  Thanks.  Would have been great if EA would've explained that all of your purchased content is in the marketplace.
