Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

So as the title states, when i open the game and go to launch a save it says i dont have own most of the expansion (or other type) packs that I've bought. When I click on the packs in game it does say that i own them so its not like i could buy them again. Ive followed pretty much every tutorial I can find online to fix this but i'm not having any success.  Ive cleared EAs cache, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, and checked all the files to make sure everything is installed and in the correct place and I still cant figure out what is causing this. I have no custom content or mods installed that could be interfering. Ive attached a screenshot from ea saying i have the packs installed and a screenshot from the sims saying i dont own them.

What can I do to get my packs back?
