"Failed to launch game" after downloading new stuff pack and the update

@bijongdae  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I have tried but that did not work as it showed the same error 

@bijongdae  Your dxdiag doesn't list any Sims 4 crashes, which means the game is likely being blocked from opening rather than crashing. Just in case the issue is on your end, please create a new admin Windows account and try to play there.  Make it local, as in, don't link it with your Microsoft account.  Clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open your App game library, choose Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.  Then try to play.

If you use a third-party antivirus, disable it (temporarily) before creating the new account, and don't reenable it until you've tested Sims 4 once.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.

and post the report ID in this thread.  I'll then merge your posts with the master thread for this error, but I can't promise you there will be a fix any time soon.  The thread is mostly just for gathering error reports at this point, with any EA investigation happening in the background without any information being shared with the users.

I can launch the game however it is in slovakian instead of english??  Also the ea error report code is in my first post

Thank you so much for your help. I have downloaded the game through steam once I linked my account it turned on and automatically started downloading the dlc so I can finally play after so many days. You are a life saviour.
