I have removed all the mods, repaired the game multiple times, cleared cache, moved the folder to the desktop, followed these steps in the similar topic:
1- Go to EA App launcher folder
2- Find EADesktop.exe
3- Right click on EADesktop.exe
4- Choose Properties and click it
5- Now you will see many tabs on top choose Compatibility
6- Now from choices down mark only "Run this program as an administrator"
7- Click Apply than Ok
8- Again choose EADesktop.exe Right click on EADesktop.exe choose Send to and choose Desktop (create shortcut)
Is there anything else that I could try to fix this?

  • @bijongdae  I'm guessing it's in Czech, which is one of the options in the language-locked version of Sims 4.  There have been a few reports recently of issues with language locks, and I'm not sure what's going on here, but I've flagged the posts I've seen to someone from EA.  It's likely an account-side issue, which means you can't fix it yourself.

What you can do, if you don't want to wait for an EA-side fix, is to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and install through Steam.  Once you do that, you'll be able to install your packs through the EA App, but don't download a second copy of the base game.  The packs should go into the Steam install's program files and load as normal.  Steam only offers the global version of Sims 4.

  • @bijongdae  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@bijongdae  Your dxdiag doesn't list any Sims 4 crashes, which means the game is likely being blocked from opening rather than crashing. Just in case the issue is on your end, please create a new admin Windows account and try to play there.  Make it local, as in, don't link it with your Microsoft account.  Clear the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game: open your App game library, choose Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.  Then try to play.

If you use a third-party antivirus, disable it (temporarily) before creating the new account, and don't reenable it until you've tested Sims 4 once.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.

If this doesn't help, please create an EA App error report, as described here:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/run-ea-error-report/

and post the report ID in this thread.  I'll then merge your posts with the master thread for this error, but I can't promise you there will be a fix any time soon.  The thread is mostly just for gathering error reports at this point, with any EA investigation happening in the background without any information being shared with the users.
