Fame bar is not working; Sims cannot gain fame.

Hi, I've removed all my CC and mods and this issue is still occurs. I've played with Get Famous in the past successfully, and I have all DC except Moschino. I have two celebrity Sims currently living...

I do have the same problem since I've installed the university addon. Maybe it's a new bug? Fame was working before but now my sims just can't get to the next fame level..
