Fertility Trait Not Working???

I gave my female sim the fertility trait and have since had 15+ pregnancies, and not ONCE have I gotten twins. I do not have any mods or custom content, the only packs I have are: Get To Work, Season...

Giving the fertility trait does not guarantee twins (or triplets) it just increase the chances slightly.

    I know it doesn't guarantee, but I feel like 15+ pregnancies is enough for at least one set of twins?
