Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them

I am not using any mods. None at all not even ones to enhance gameplay. Nothing. The only thing I did was download the new update and buy vintage glamour stuff pack. I never had this problem before then.
Sorry @MissEshia I haven't been able to test this with the holidays and being sick and such.
