Gallery Following Issue

Hi guys,

I have had this issue for about a year or so. I thought it would be fixed, so I've tried to repair the game, clear the cache, and ensured that my anti-virus is not blocking any Sims 4 files. 

People I am following have disappeared, and some have also appeared as anonymous. I am also unable to follow new people. I can follow them, and then they are deleted once I reenter the game. I seem to only be able to see about 8 people that I am following. 

Please help me with this issue.
