Festival lot items being placed in my family inventory

When I was playing today My sim family got a notice: "One or more objects that have been left on the street have been moved to your household inventory to make room for happenings on the open street....

Hello, there is a bug in my game that when the festival was started began to appear a notification that my objects that were in the street were moved to the inventory, went to check and were items of the festival .... the notification did not stop appearing ...

Translation of notification - One or more objects that were left on the street were moved to the Family / Group inventory to make room for street events.

    Can you provide a save for this ? Was it a one time occurrence or do you have this with every festival ?

    Any mods/cc in your game ?
