Festivals not occurring

@Pyeface_22 Do you also not getting notifications of festivals taking place at all or is it just the board ? Did you check if there's one going on somewhere anyways ?
I'm not receiving any notifications to say a festival is occurring, I did play for an in game week and nothing ever popped up.
Just the notice board with a light bulb picture and the changing light effect going around it- I can click read about festival but nothing pops up. The signs outside also do the effect and the picture doesn't change to a festival one, I then can't interact with the sign.
- @Pyeface_22 Did you try a folder rename or removed the mods folder ?
I've removed the mods and the folder. Then reinstalled the game and expansion packs without putting any mods in but that hasnt seemed to work.
I know you said it happens on all saves but would you be willing to share your save with me ?
If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
Did you fixed it? Cause I bought city living a week ago and I have the same problem
