game crashes after i installed the new update

hi I am really pissed off as I tried to play, but of no avail.  I installed the new update, but when i went to load my game it said this message "the game has failed to save please exit to main menu and click play to reload the game.  error code 22" also on the upper corner i had this message "sims delivery error : An unkown error has occured error 00000008 ecc" please can someone help? buy the way have no cc or mods installed
