I purchased many packs and expansions for the sims4 . When I opened the game, it says I own it but it's not there. When I try to manage the download, it says already owned but in game it says I need to download it.
I wanted to know if EA removed them without notifying me. I spent a lot of money on those add-ons

On the EA App go to The Sims 4 then Manage then Manage Addons. Do they all say installed? It looks like the game is telling you that you still have to download them to be able to play with them.
mines is doing the same thing on manage add ons on ea all my packs are there and say installed but my first pet, highschool years, get to work and spa day aren’t on sims even when i click select packs is says they are unavailable
