FIX THE GAME

It’s been days since i’ve been able to play sims. the updates are required when i know i’d rather not update my stuff because every single time i have to update sims my whole game gets messed up. can someone please fix this???? i’ve spent so much money on sims with all the packs just to not be able to play after every single dang time you guys have a update. I can’t even load into sims at this point, my EA app says every single time “game unable to load, problem on our end” IF ITS A PROBLEM ON YOUR END FIX THE GAME ALREAD

    I'm having the same exact issue...I agree you spend so much money and then can't play it's very frustrating - if it was just a few hours Id be patient and consider it may take a day to fix the glitch, but this is going on for days now
